Adam Byrn Tritt, M.Ed., C.Ht.

BrainworkingsAdam is a nationally certified hypnotherapist and certified teacher specializing in learning strategies and stress management. An author and teacher with over two decades of experience in academic and field practice, Adam has degrees in Education, Psychology, and English, and years of experience working with groups and individuals at retreats, in the workplace, and in educational settings, with programs designed to teach them how to reduce stress and pain, work more effectively, and improve life skills such as decisionmaking, prioritizing, and conflict resolution.

He has also worked with students of all ages, helping them develop brain- and cognitive-based study skills and test preparation strategies that work with the brain and not against it. Many students fail (thereby increasing their stress, a vicious cycle) because they work in ways that are contrary to the way the brain functions. Adam works with students to alleviate this.

Adam is also a Certified Irlen® Screener for Scotopic Sensitivity Syndrome, a group of specific learning disabilities affecting classroom behavior in children, and academic ability in children and adults including difficulties with test-taking and reading comprehension. He also assists his clients with regression and dreamwork, and teaches self-hypnosis.

His Curriculum Vitae is available online.
